The Supamaxx™ Powder Coated U-Rail Base Plate range provides reliable and highly visible protection for pedestrian walkways, building assets, and traffic management zones. Ideal for warehouses, petrol stations, and commercial environments, these surface-mounted rails combine durability with a professional finish.
Manufactured from zinc primed mild steel and treated with a UV-stabilised powder coated finish, these U-Rails are built to resist corrosion, fading, and environmental wear. Available in three lengths – 1000mm, 1500mm, and 2000mm – they are installed using 4 x M12 anchors (not included) and stand 1040mm above ground, providing a strong physical and visual barrier.
Supamaxx™ U-Rails are 100% Australian made, offering unmatched build quality and consistency. Unless otherwise specified, all powder coated U-Rails are finished in Safety Yellow, with custom colours available upon request.
