Tactile Screw Down Warning Pattern
AS1428.1 Compliant Hazard Indicators
The Supamaxx Tactile Screw Down Warning Pattern provides a secure, high-visibility solution for hazard identification and pedestrian safety. Ideal for use in public spaces, transit stations, retail areas, ramps, stairways, and shared paths, these tactiles alert vision-impaired pedestrians of an upcoming hazard or change in direction.
Manufactured using durable UV-stabilised materials or stainless steel, these warning tiles feature a textured surface with raised domes in accordance with AS/NZS 1428.1:2009 standards. The screw-down design allows for fast, surface-mounted installation on concrete, tiles, timber, and other hard flooring surfaces without the need for adhesive or substrate disruption.
Additional Information
Each tile is pre-moulded with fixing points for simple installation using mechanical screws. This method is ideal for retrofitting or upgrade works where traditional recessed tactiles are not practical.
Manufactured from high-quality polyurethane, these tactile indicators are built to withstand heavy foot traffic, weather exposure, and cleaning chemicals without cracking or fading. The material’s resilience makes it ideal for both commercial and public infrastructure applications, including shopping centres, transport hubs, schools, hospitals, and council footpaths.
